However, electrical and plumbing supplies are best left to us as we utilize exclusive trade suppliers not open to the public.

Yes, we have several models we work with, Fixed Price for smaller projects under 150K CAD & Cost Plus (Time & Material) for all projects over 150,000 CAD. Every project requires a deposit based upon the estimate of the scope and from there we arrange a billing schedule for labor and materials that works with you and our team.

As a rule, we achieve more success when we are able to do the entire scope all at once, protecting the timeline and the budget. But sometimes stages are essential for larger scopes, finishing certain areas first to allow the use before we continue with the rest of the scope.
