The company has a wealth of experience as a Building Contractor, specializing in single-family home renovation and remodelling, including an extensive journey of remodelling hospitality interiors from boutique hotels to lounge bars and retail spaces. Our expertise is how we manage your project and deliver upon structured planning and the development of honest schedules with complete budget security. 

After starting in West Vancouver Canada back in 2001 building multiple custom homes for British Pacific Properties and as far afield as the Gulf islands, We slowly pulled back from the new build market and spent the last 12 years remodelling.

Renovating & Remodelling involves a series of very complex steps that require the leadership and management team to understand and align with project planning. The fundamentals in fact of any successful project are firmly rooted within the planning process. Starting with a consultation, we learn and gather information, what is the project vision (Big Picture) and from this, we break things down into small sections, from structural design, layout, functionality, materials, timeline, and budget.

This is all low-level information gathering at this stage, but we can still develop a feasibility study, informing you of appropriate Hi/Low Budget expectations, based on the gathered information. 

While not every project requires introducing a designer, once all this information and data is gathered, we decide at this point to either submit a designer (highly recommended) or to go ahead and develop a quote based upon the information at hand. 

These are not just ideal scenarios, but fundamental steps in our process,  gathering these details will craft the project roadmap and guide us to deliver a realistic project timeline and ultimately a true well-defined budget. From the client to the entire team and our sub-trade partners, including the material supply chain, our process ensures we are all aligned and aware of the project's vision, scope of work and timeline.

I truly believe in our process and have proven time and again, that through detailed discovery, we utilize this information to generate what is not just results, but a clear predetermined outcome.
